At Businessbreew, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our digital templates. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have accessed the download link or received the template files. We cannot offer refunds for downloaded digital products.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the template file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a different template than what you ordered
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same template twice

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at businessbrew25@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
