1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Businessbreew ("we," "us," or "our") and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our store or purchase our products.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSES

2.1 Product Description We sell digital business templates including business plans, marketing templates, financial templates, and proposal templates delivered electronically.

2.2 License Grant Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital template for your business purposes. This license includes the right to:

  • Download and use the template for your own business
  • Modify and customize the template for your specific needs
  • Use the template for commercial purposes within your business

2.3 License Restrictions You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original template
  • Use the templates to create competing products
  • Share your download link or login credentials with others
  • Upload the templates to file-sharing platforms or websites

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital templates, content, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of Businessbreew. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product but does not transfer ownership rights.

4. DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link immediately after payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to:

  • Download your files promptly (download links may expire)
  • Store your files securely
  • Ensure you have compatible software to open and use the templates

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

5.2 Payment Methods We accept payments through Shopify's secure payment system, including Mobile Money and other available payment methods.

5.3 Taxes Prices may be subject to applicable taxes as required by law.

6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions and special circumstances.

7. USER ACCOUNTS

7.1 Account Creation You may need to create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

7.2 Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

9.1 "As Is" Basis Digital templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 No Guarantee of Results While our templates are designed to be helpful business tools, we do not guarantee specific business results, success, or outcomes from using our products.

9.3 Compatibility We strive to ensure compatibility with common software, but we do not guarantee that templates will work with all versions or configurations.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Businessbreew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our products
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any errors or omissions in our products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Businessbreew from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of our products.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS

We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuations.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Businessbreew regarding the use of our store and products.
