Digital Products

All products sold by Businessbreew are digital templates delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products because:

  • Digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded
  • You receive immediate access to the complete product upon purchase
  • Product previews and descriptions are provided to help you make an informed decision before purchase

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing you from downloading or accessing your purchased template, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
